Florks Aid: A non-profit organization supporting Ukraine!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Florks Aid™ is a new charitable entity founded on a mission to support the hearts and minds of Ukrainian children and families impacted by russian terrorism.

Dear International Community of Florks and Friends:

Florks Aid is inspired by you, and driven by you to provide emotional and practical aid to the most vulnerable Ukrainians affected by Russia's war and aggression in Ukraine. Our mission is to support the delivery of material and non-material support for Ukrainian children and families, via three avenues:

I– Grief and trauma counseling to provide remote counseling services to children and their families in Ukraine. Florks Aid partners with Meegans's Heart Counselors, helping to facilitate U.S. volunteer-licensed counselors' remote sessions with children and their families living in Ukraine. 

II– Learning and communication devices and power banks to support Ukrainian children's educational and social needs.

III– "Care Packages" to children of Ukraine who have lost their personal possessions due to russian terrorism; the nightly bombing of civilian targets, flooding, forced-displacement, and other war crimes. These care packages include stuffed animals, art supplies, sporting equipment, & solar and LED-powered necklaces, lanterns, and belts so all the children of Ukraine may carry sunlight with them wherever they go.

By July 1st our first online merchandise offer will include 100 individually numbered Florks Sticker(s)(TM) to celebrate! All profits, less costs, from this Florks Sticker release is going to u/jesterboyd's upcoming charitable project (see r/Ukraine on Reddit). This is our way to acknowledge and appreciate the inspirations underlying Florks Aid. Glory to the heroes of Ukraine who inspire and defend the international community. 

We pray for many partnerships with other charities and NGOs directly supporting Ukraine. All partnerships will be voiced to you, our community, for feedback and guidance. Your support is vital for the success and trajectory of this mission. I, Matt Kelso, the founder, promise 100% of Florks Aid profits and donations of time and goods will continue to Ukrainian children and families.
